I saw some beautiful pieces of furniture amongst the chaos that was design week in Paris. Over the next week I’m going to be sharing some short quick posts about what I found and really loved. Firstly, this collection from Nomon Home was really beautiful.
Their pieces are the perfect solution for small bijou spaces. I love this dressing table, it’s very feminine, so not for me personally, but I do appreciate that the design is so beautiful and it’s extremely well balanced. It could also just fit right up against a space in a bedroom to create a dedicated dressing area without taking up much room.
For us gents they have a very beautiful valet, but I can’t seem to find an image of it, but do ask Nomon Home for the details. However, this piece would work well in a man’s bedroom or in the hallway. When I saw this I immediately thought of all these new build spaces being built in London, they lack so much personality, but by adding something like this near the door, you instantly create an entrance space. Somewhere practical to check your tie and hat before leaving, and dropping your keys and phone when you get home.
And lastly, this desk and shelves would work so well in a living room or study, the versatility is great, you can open up the arms to stretch across a wide wall or keep them stacked underneath each other for a compact look.
All these pieces are beautifully made and very well finished. I’m so keen to find an image of that valet to share with you – but actually, I really want to own it.
