If you have been following me for a while, especially on Instagram, you would have seen me regularly sharing things from Arteriors. I’m often popping into their showroom just to have a peak and chat to the team! Arteriors is a lighting, furniture and accessories brand that was founded in Dallas, Texas 1987 and now has beautiful showroom at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, the brands first showroom in Europe.
Probably most well-known for their lighting, Arteriors have such a unique selection of pieces, both big and small, that had not been accessible to the UK market until it’s UK launch in 2017. I know that our UK interior designers were very excited to hear they had opened up a showroom and they were going to easily be able to specify Arteriors products in their projects. Arteriors has a huge interior design fan base and you just have to take a look at their Instagram page to see how many well-known and talented designers are working with their products, internationally.
Locally, since their launch in 2017, they have already done a collaboration with Michelle Ogundehin, who at the time was the Editor of Elle Decoration. This exclusive partnership was formed as part of Arteriors’ Designer Interpretations series which invites designers to create curated spaces using the Arteriors product range. As well as more recently a collaboration with luxury interior designers Hill House Interiors. ‘The Medina Lounge’ launched at Focus in September of this year and was hugely successful, drawing inspiration from ancient eras of design, rich spice tones, delicate beading, immaculate embroidery and alluring handcrafted pieces created a uniquely individual space with a real ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ feel. I can’t wait to see what other great partnerships are created in the years to come!
Their sophisticated and unique designs that transcend trends are a result of the talented product design team that travels extensively for inspiration and work closely with artisans from around the world to incorporate special techniques and finishes and more than that make sure the Arteriors offering is the best there is. From unique gilded lamps, to rattan bar stools and bronze mid – century inspired chandeliers, you really will get lost in the catalogue and even more so on the #arteriorshome which you can see the brand in action in some amazing projects shared by their loyal customers. I’ve shared some of my favourites in this post!
“From the understated to the unexpected, Arteriors offers an extraordinary assortment with special attention to material, texture, scale and finish.” With this in mind, although the Arteriors brand has such unique and interesting pieces, that genuinely look and feel bespoke most of the time, it also has a huge product offering – about 500 new products each year! This makes sure the brand is always fresh and never missing a beat in terms of satisfying the hungry interior design community. You will always find exactly what you need to finish off your scheme just perfectly.
I’m probably the biggest fan of their accessories offering, such one-off type pieces that will add a collected, warm feel to your coffee table or open-shelving. It’s great to have the brand here and I highly recommend visiting to fix any creative blocks you might be having!
