New luxury residences partner with top hotels

What’s new in the London luxury real estate market? For one thing, top luxury residences which offer all the amenities and conveniences associated with London’s finest five star hotels. How do they do it? Simple – through strategic partnerships with top hotels.

The Mandarin Oriental Residences, Mayfair, London

Located on Hanover Square, The Mandarin Oriental Residence, Mayfair will consist of 80 luxury Mandarin Oriental Residences for purchase as well as a fully integrated Mandarin Oriental Hotel with 50 suites.

These luxury residences designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, and interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. Situated in the eternally aspirational and exclusive Mayfair, the development offers all the advantages of one of the capital’s most connected and prestigious districts.

What The Mandarin Oriental Residences Development represents is the growing demand for a hotel-style service, which is achieved by being twinned with five-star hotels. This trend has gone hand in hand with the leisure development, which has seen many business travellers combine their stays with mini luxury breaks.

The Mandarin Oriental Residences bear the distinction of being central London’s first fully integrated hotel and residences. This integration will give residents privileged access to a full range of amenities provided by the hotel. This exciting development which represents ‘the best of both worlds’ for those who want the privacy of a personal property with all the services offered by London best hotels.

Prices start from £4,250,000. For further information please call Clivedale London on 0203 7058 425, or visit www.clivedale.com/developments/mayfairparkresidences/

Mayfair Park Residences

While it is one of the developments leading the way, The Mandarin Oriental Residences, Mayfair, London is not the only project which showcases the best of the hotel-attached residences trend. Mayfair Park Residences is the creation of interior designer Jouin Manku, who designed the residences to provide a highly luxurious environment that beautifully combines traditional and contemporary design styles.

The architect’s design choices reflect his determination to preserve the historical element with a careful restoration and marry it with an urban contemporary expression. It features spatial layering which results in a synthesis of old and new.

This development will be attached to the Dorchester Hotel, giving residents access to the five-star amenities and services delivered by the hotel. While not as fully integrated as the Hanover Bond project, Mayfair Park still provides a highly exclusive offering. This will be the first residential development to partner with the Dorchester Collection globally. Residences will range from modest apartments to a large penthouse with a private rooftop pool. It is truly one of the most artistic homes Mayfair has to offer.

Mayfair Park Residences starting from £1,999,000.

I’m sure we’re going to see more of this type of property being developed in Central London and surrounds. It just seems to make sense and following a global trend that we’ve been seeing for a few years in other global cities.
