Interior Style Hunter is the award winning London based interior design blog dedicated to giving you design and lifestyle inspiration.
Having trained as an Interior Designer and Interior Stylist at Central Saint Martins in London in 2014/15 and followed up with training from KLC School of Design. I set up the Interior Style Hunter as a way to share my passion and knowledge of interior design with the aim of helping you to be more confident in creating beautiful spaces for yourself.
I believe that everybody should have access to good design. And you don’t always need a designer. In my design rules series I share with you the elements and principles of design in such a way that you can use these yourself to make your space better.
My first foray into interior design was just over a decade ago when I lived in Cape Town. At the time the property market was booming. I bought and renovated many properties on the sought after Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town. A decade later, after a corporate city career in marketing, I now live in South West London and I’ve returned to my passion of creating beautiful interiors.
Exploring brands is something that I’m passionate about. I love to dig around and uncover a brand’s DNA. This helps me to understand what they are about, but more importantly, who would benefit from being introduced to the brand. As an interiors writer, I see that as my responsibility to you, to discover, showcase and uncover brands. To help you explore the plethora of brands and craftsmen out there, and to help you find a brand which offers a style and service that resonates with you.
